Edward Montoro during the promotion of the 1982 release of "Great White" at the National Association of Theater Owners at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada in which Montoro had arranged for sharks to be transported there in a large aquarium: "We decided to do that only 17 days before the convention opened and we had to fly the sharks in from Florida in special tanks on a chartered air freighter. As far as we know they are the first sharks to swim in Nevada since the place was under sea two million years ago"
