Adam joined CPS from The Royal Mint where he served as Chief Executive between 2011 and summer 2017. During this time, Adam led the business through a period of transformational development. Prior to joining The Royal Mint in 2008 as Director of Finance, Adam held senior positions with Catalent Pharmaceuticals and its predecessor businesses in. Australia, Asia, Europe and the US. He trained as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse and holds an MBA from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
