Haley is an identical twin to actress Holly Evans. Haley was born in Glendale, California. She started her career at the tender age of 11 months, playing Gracie/Claire, one of Tim Allen's twin nieces on Home Improvement (1994). She then shared the role of Gregory Hines's son with her twin on a MOW, A Stranger in Town (1995). Haley can be seen in many movies and sitcoms, as well commercials with and without Holly. She is enjoying a small recurring role on the new Disney hit Hannah Montana (2006). Haley is home schooled and has 5 siblings, Holly, Katelyn Grace, Zachariah, Samantha, and Torrey. 4 of which are also in the biz...Haley loves to sing and do gymnastics while not on the set.
