Nephew named Sandeep Kumar (Son of Kalidas). Sandeep directed the film Parveen Bobby. In the 1960's Kalidas along with producer and actor Deep Khosla produced a few films under the banner Deep and Sundeep Productions. This banner was named after Kalidas son Sandeep.
