Mr. Mualem joined MTS in September 2007. Prior to joining MTS, Mr. Mualem was the CFO at Xfone, Inc., (AMEX and TASE: XFN) an international communications services company and its subsidiary, Xfone 018 Ltd. From 1996 through 2004 Mr. Mualem held other senior executive positions at RADVISION Ltd. (NASDAQ: RVSN) and at RAD Data Communication Ltd. In. addition, Mr. Mualem served as an audit team manager in KPMG Israel. Mr. Mualem holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and is licensed as a CPA in Israel.
