Alan has over 30+ years financial experience. After his first positions with Ernst & Young and the AICPA, Alan has been in senior financial positions at Del Laboratories, Globix Corporation, ATC Healthcare, Medical Nutrition USA, uReach Technologies and Creative Realities. His experience has been mainly with smaller start-up related companies. and has successfully listed ATC and Medical Nutrition on nationally traded stock exchanges. His startup experience goes deep into selection and implementation of accounting systems, establishing internal controls and preparing companies for their first audit. He has assisted in raising over $1 billion in equity/debt capital. Alan has an active CPA license. He enjoys biking, tennis, skiing and spending time with friends and family outside of work.
