Sheldon Elliot Rothfarb was born in Roslyn, New York. Educated at several universities, including illustrious Princeton University, in New Jersey, Sheldon enjoyed an eclectic career as a librarian, educator, Rock 'N Roll vocalist, political activist, and salesman. At a charity fund-raising job, in Belmar, New Jersey, in 1999, Sheldon met and befriended Edward X Young, whom six years later, in 2005, would establish himself as an actor, director, and makeup effects artist in the independent "Grindhouse" exploitation genre. As a token of friendship, Edward X Young helped Sheldon secure supporting roles in several horror features, in which Edward X Young played prominent parts. Sheldon's health took a turn downward, following the death of his fiancee, Thea Gaertner, who succumbed to a massive heart attack at age 52. He never got over his grief. An old-school Liberal, Sheldon's last job was with Presidential Politics, in 2016, as a volunteer for Democratic Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders' campaign. After Senator Sanders dropped out of the race for President, Sheldon Rothfarb adamantly refused to take Sanders' advice and switch over to working for Hillary Clinton, because Sheldon despised her. In response, he chose not to vote for anyone that year. Sheldon died of kidney failure, in New Jersey, on March 19, 2017.
