Mr. Okmianski has significant experience in management of venture enterprises as well as in R&D, high-tech and engineering. After graduating from Omsk State University (Russia), he started his professional career as a high school teacher, then engineer, senior engineer and chief engineer of Design Bureau 'Karat', Omsk, Russia. In. 1990, he founded a Siberian Association for Promotion of International Economic Relations (SAPIER) that embraced and supported 18 companies in various areas of business. During 1990-1996, SAPIER made a significant impact in facilitating international business contacts between local and American businessmen and companies. That helped him gain invaluable experience in building a variety of joint ventures with highest quality possible and, at the same time, with very limited resources within a tight period of time. He acquired there another valuable experience of managing a large group of very talented and diverse people such as outstanding scientists, promising businessmen and staff members.. After moving to the United States in 1996, Mr. Okmianski served as Vice President of Nixxon Chemical Group, Inc. San Francisco, until 1998. In 1999, he established and is currently leading Open Space Association, a non-profit organization with a main purpose of promoting advanced space technologies mostly developed in Russia, to the United States of America. Since 2001, he is serving as a partner and Director of Development of AddGlobe, LLC. Mr. Okmianski earned his Master's Degree in Physics from Omsk State University, Russia.
