Ajay Zutshi, Ph.D., Head of Structured Equities, is responsible for overseeing DCM’s Structured Equities Team and managing DCM’s Quantitative Long/Short strategy. Prior to joining DCM in 2008, Mr. Zutshi was the Director of Active Quantitative Equity Research at Deutsche Asset Management, a Senior Portfolio Manager at Northern Trust Global. Investments, a Portfolio Manager at Franklin Portfolio Associates and the Director of International Research at Martingale Asset Management. Mr. Zutshi joined the financial services industry in 1991.. Mr. Zutshi holds a Ph.D. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University, an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science. He is a member of the Chicago Quantitative Alliance and the New York Society of Quantitative Analysts.
