Alexander is responsible for Nualight’s corporate strategic development, M&A activity and finance. He has 15 years of experience in private equity, M&A and corporate finance. During the past seven years he has been active in the “clean technology” sector, with considerable time active in the LED lighting and solar space among others. Prior. to joining Nualight, Alexander was part of the Climate Change Capital Private Equity team, a leading clean tech expansion capital investor. Alexander is a Dutch national and has worked and lived in Latin America, Asia and Europe. He has an MSc in Environmental Technology and also an MSc in Financial Economics.
