As Field’s Chief Customer Officer, Adam is focused on ensuring Field lives its mission statement, which is to have everyone who interacts with us LOVE us! Customer love plays a significant role in helping Field reach the company goal of sales over $100 million, both with retaining current customers as well as onboarding new customers. Under Adam’s. leadership, Field’s technical sales team has helped Field achieve 19% year-over-year growth. He started at Field in 2006, and provides direction to our sales, marketing, VMI onsite services, and implementation teams. Adam is a part owner and is on the board of directors at Field. He is active in the fastener industry and currently serves as a board member for the National Fastener Distributor Association (NFDA).. Adam has a Bachelors Degree in both Marketing and Management from the University of Iowa. He studied International Business during a six month study abroad program in Turin, Italy.
