Alison was. founding Chair of The AusIMM’s Sustainability Committee, founding Chair of the WIMARQ network in Australia, and a Director on The AusIMM Board from 2009-2011.. With a background carved in operations as a geologist, she maintains a strong network and has a natural ability to work with people at all levels and across disciplines to drive practical improvement and innovation. Alison holds a first class Honours degree in Geology and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She brings a passion to support companies to strive for sustainable and productive outcomes in mining communities globally..
