Aaron graduated in 2010 from the University of New South Wales with an Aerospace Engineering degree. Since then, he has worked at the ATSB as a Transport Safety Investigator, specialising in aviation accidents. He has been part of the team responsible for the ATSB’s research and development of data recovery from avionics and has been the ATSB. lead for RPAS for several years, investigating the available technology and applications to ATSB accident investigation. He is currently completing a Masters in Mechatronics Engineering at the Australian National University in Canberra.
