The German writer and media freelancer was born in 1982. He contributed to the local edition of the experimental TV show GIGAv as an intern in 2002 and after that in an occasional fashion as guest on the show and best boy. He also gained experience in the publishing business and supports fellow writers by editing their work. Hammes holds a Magister (Master's degree) in American Literature, German Literature and Philosophy from Saarland University. He is best known for his podcasts "Radio Nukular", "Medien-KuH", "Anytime Late Night", "Club 19" and "Die Binge Boys".
