Edmond Laryea

Edmond Laryea was born in Naples Italy. He's an actor known for East New York, The Blacklist, and Pose. He trained under Bob Krakower at one-on-one studios in New York City. He lived in Italy for 10 years, and also spent a year living in Nigeria. His mother is of Nigerian descent and his father is Ghanaian. Prior to his acting career, he worked at CBS Sports in a production role. He also served as a radio analyst for the Rutgers Football home games in 2017, and called numerous games as a High School football color analyst in the tri-state area. Edmond graduated from Rutgers University, where he double-majored in Communication and Labor Studies. He was a member of the Rutgers University Football team, where he served as a team captain, and went on to attend Rookie Mini-Camp with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2013. Edmond currently resides in New York City.
