Amarinder comes with a vast and rich experience of over 21 years in operations. He joined ICICI Bank as part of ICICI's alternate technology group, which spun off into an independent company called FINO. In FINO, in the capacity as Vice President - Operations, he was responsible for zonal operations and gained in depth knowledge of setting up. and growing rural delivery channels in different geographies, with the prime objective of achieving financial inclusion. While in FINO, he switched roles to business development and relationship management, which gave him a well rounded exposure and understanding of the financial inclusion industry.. Prior to FINO, he handled operations for a NBFC arm of MGF group, dealing in hire purchase and leasing. An alumnus of National Defense Academy, he also served in the Indian Army.
