Allegra Searle-LeBel is a Principal for ProStar Software. In this capacity she is responsible for overseeing both corporate and product marketing and branding, as well as supporting organizational strategy, investor relations, sales and product direction. She is also on the Board of Directors for ProStar, currently serving as Secretary.. Allegra. has founded start-ups and supported technology work since 2006, running her own businesses as well as providing expertise for other organizations. Her technology strategy experience includes work with operations, funding, automation, security, application design and systems administration, supporting expansion into new markets and new product lines. Her roles at various companies have included strategic consultant, founder, artistic director, field director, and operations manager, and she has a keen ability to bridge the needs of users, customers and technical teams. She has a personal drive to build community and to improve the human condition, both locally and internationally, with technology and creativity.. Allegra brings a non-traditional background that is rich in diversity and contributes to her thorough approach to her roles with ProStar. She applies her human factors engineering skills, developed in international relations and the arts, to her work with enterprise software, such as the perspective that effective marketing depends on meeting the customer/audience where they are and speaking directly to their experience.. She is currently the USA National Coordinator, a volunteer role, for the United Nations program World Space Week that promotes outer space themed events around the world. She has served as a board member for the Skinner Releasing Institute, founder and artistic director of Stimulate Dance, and a founder and board member of Seattle Privacy Coalition.. She earned a bachelor’s degree in International and Area Studies – Peace and Conflict Studies from University of California, Berkeley.
