Aaron Marcum is the founder and CEO of Home Care Pulse. Prior to founding Home Care Pulse, Aaron owned and operated a successful home care business. It was during this time, as a home care owner and operator, that Aaron identified the need for a quality satisfaction management company that specialized in private duty home care. Aaron started Home. Care Pulse in 2008 and has never looked back. Under Aaron’s leadership, Home Care Pulse continues to see record growth month after month and now offers its leading Quality Management Program to hundreds of home care businesses located in nearly every U.S. State, Puerto Rico and Canada.. In 2009, Aaron also founded the annual Private Duty Benchmarking Study, which is widely seen as the largest and most comprehensive resource for the industry. The study provides guidance and direction to thousands of home care business owners throughout the world. What Aaron enjoys most about his role at Home Care Pulse is when he can help home care business owners and executives accomplish their goals, empower their employees and confidently provide the best in-home care. Aaron believes that by helping home care business owners in these areas, they in turn will improve the lives of their clients and employees each and every day. Aaron is a popular national speaker and has a bachelor’s degree in business and history from Utah State University.. He is the proud father of six beautiful children (three boys and three girls) and has been married to his sweetheart, Heather, since 1996. Aaron thoroughly enjoys working in the yard, fishing, hiking and camping with his kids. Since he lives only about an hour away from Yellowstone National Park, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and The Grand Tetons, who can blame him?!
