Jon was born in Haverhill MA. He grew up in the small town of Atkinson NH. He played several sports including baseball, basketball, and football. He played football at Central Catholic HS and at the University of Rhode Island. He is married to Dr. Cheryl DiVito and has four children. They reside in central Massachusetts. Jon often appears in films with his son and actor Matt DiVitoJon has appeared in films with Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Matt Damon, Casey Affleck, Paul Giamatti, Michael C. Hall, Robyn Lively, Ron Perlman, Ving Rhames, Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill, Chris Evans, Toby Jones, and many other well known actors. Jon enjoys spending time with his family and attending baseball games. Jon is a huge Red Sox fan. He has been active in several charities including Big Brother/Big Sister and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
