Adrian Rubin is a real estate developer with projects all over the United States. While the slideshows would occasionally leave him a bit drowsy, he loved making art and seeing art in real life. Adrian is also very involved in giving back to the community through volunteering and donations to the Children's Hospital. Adrian is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and making sure the people of the future (children today) are healthy, happy, and well taken care of. He believes that the time that he spends with the Children's Hospital Association is the most rewarding experience that he could imagine outside of spending time with his family. This eye towards philanthropy and ensuring the well-being of others extends to his professional life as Adrian specializes in dealing with the development of residential property development.. Adrian believes art is the documentation of emotion. Words don't do emotions justice, but art can get a little bit more beneath the surface in terms of truly understanding someone else. Adrian loves fine art and enjoys visiting galleries, exhibits, and museums. He is lucky to be located in Philadelphia, PA, where he has access to many different institutions that house fine art.. As Adrian begins to enter into, not the twilight, but perhaps the early evening of his career in real estate, he is starting to look into ways in which he can share all that he has learned throughout his career. While he has never subscribed to the notion of formalized mentorship programs in the past (because his busy schedule didn't allow for the regularity and consistency necessary to maintain these sorts of relationships) , he has always seen value in giving and helping to those that can use it. Whether Adrian was spending time talking about his career with students at informal talks, or ensuring that people who reached out for help or advice were supplied with both. Adrian believes in mentoring, helping others to identify and reach their professional goals and generally extending the courtesies to others that they have extended to him.. One of Adrian's growing interests as they pertain to the field of real estate and property development includes observing and defining the millenial generation and their buying habits and desires/interests surrounding homeownership and renting. A lot of data has emerged recently consolidating data in a way that helps define trends in this particular segment of the population. By in large there are of course differences in trends depending on location, but there are also commonalities shared by members of this generation. It seems that many millenials are putting off homeownership in favor of renting property instead. However, in some places - particularly cities, this has led to a spike in rent increases which has in turn re-invigorated the housing market as a realistic alternative to renting. Millenials seem focused on leaving a positive impact on the environment which means that home's (rented or bought) located in areas that are convenient for public transportation or are in areas that lend themselves to alternative forms of transportation (like cycling) is an option.
