I’ve spent the most of my career in the field of Marketing, at the beginning as manager of a Marketing & Communication Services company and then, from 2010, as Marketing Director of GOLDPLAST, a manufacturing company serving the Professional Hospitality and the Consumer Party channels with premium disposable and durable tableware. In all the. position I filled, I've always had the opportunity to work in close cooperation with the Ownership and the CEO of the company, having a wide and deep outlook on the top management processes. Working in close relationship with to the top management, occasionally I've been assigned with strategic projects, some times outside the marketing field. In particular, I 've been assigned with researches and planning of the international markets (US, Spain and France), with the coordination of recruitments activities and with the management of critical IT projects. Since I joined GOLDPLAST, in September 2010, I started up the Marketing Department leading the company to a complete rebranding process related with the consolidation of the company's brand positioning. At the present day I rule the Marketing & Style Department with responsibilities on the product innovation, on the market activation and on the communication activities.
