Ali is the CTO and co-founder of delecta Technologies Inc. Ali's technical and leadership background comes from international and professional collaborations of various size. Ali was a core-team member of the Planck space-observatory mission; a European Space Agency project consisting of more than 200 internationally known scientists from the. US, Europe, and Canada. This collaboration has founded the basis of his knowledge in machine learning and data science. As a part of his professional career, Ali has designed discrete optimization algorithms and oversaw their implementation for quantum computers. Ali earned his Ph.D. in physics from the University of British Columbia, his Masters degrees in Astronomy and Mechanical engineering, and his Bachelor's degrees in Physics and Mechanical engineering.
