Alejandro Quiroz, vice president and general manager, Europe Clean Air, leads Tenneco’s original equipment Clean Air business in Europe, with engineering, operational and commercial responsibilities. He is based in Edenkoben, Germany and is a member of Tenneco’s senior management team.. Quiroz joined Tenneco in April 2015 from Whirlpool Corporation. after spending the previous six years as part of the senior executive team supporting global operations for the home appliance giant. Prior to his time with Whirlpool, Quiroz spent more than 18 years working in the automotive industry, holding positions of increasing global business responsibilities with companies including Continental AG, Edscha AG and Federal-Mogul Corporation.. Quiroz holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Universidad de las Americas in Puebla, Mexico and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
