Huilong Zhu joined Youku in 2006 as the director of strategic development and was promoted to vice president of Youku in 2007. In 2013, he became Senior Vice President of Youku Tudou Inc. With extensive experience in telecommunications, Internet enterprises, and government relations, Mr. Zhu previously served as general manager of Great Wall. Broadband Network Service Co., Ltd.'s Beijing Branch, a pioneer among China Internet broadband builders and operators. Earlier in his career, he served as the network manager, enterprise development division general manager and vice president for Beijing Great Wall Network Services Limited and held a variety of positions at Xoceco Sambo Computer Co., Ltd, focusing on Tianjin-area sales. Mr. Zhu graduated from the Tianjin University of Technology and Education with a degree in information engineering, and continued his training at the Beijing Film Academy with studies in management, investment, and the film industry.
