Adam Levy is CFO and Chief Commercial Officer at Mineralys Therapeutics. Adam brings over two decades of operational and transactional expertise in biotechnology and investment banking. He most recently served as CFO at Sanifit Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on treatments for vascular calcification disorders, until. its acquisition by Vifor Pharma in 2022. His previous appointments include CBO at Brickell Biotech Inc., where he led the transition of the organization’s financial operations when it became a Nasdaq-listed company. As CBO at miRagen Therapeutics, Inc., Adam had broad operational responsibilities and led several business development transactions and capital raises, including a Nasdaq listing. Previously, Adam held several investment banking positions at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Jefferies Group and Wedbush Securities. During his time as an investment banker, he made over $30 billion in financing and merger-acquisition transactions for its clients.
