Dr. Esmail is a visionary and resourceful professional who received his MD from the University of Manitoba. From there, he was. accepted into the highly competitive Otolaryngology/Head and Neck residency at the University of Manitoba, fulfilling a lifelong dream.. During his residency he took an academic leave to complete a Masters of Business Entrepreneurship and Technology at the University of Waterloo in the department of engineering.
