Adlin was with KPMG for 7 years in Audit and Capital Finance division. He then pursues his carrier in investment banking and debt capital market with K & N Kenanga Berhad. He has completed various domestic and cross border deals in particular involving international fund raising exercise via capital market instruments and merger and. acquisition. He is presently active in structuring Islamic and Conventional debt instruments and equity convertible for foreign and domestic and non-listed companies. Currently, Mr Adlin is the Executive Chairman and CEO of Co-Share Holding Berhad, a company involve in providing soft loan services and salary deduction scheme for government servant and selected private sector. Adlin graduated from University of Malaya with honors degree in accounting and also a registered Chartered Accountancy
