February 2000 to July 2004 Alan was Corporate Controller of International DisplayWorks, Inc.. From July 1999 to January 2000, Alan was the Chief Financial Officer of The Original Bungee Company (“Bungee”) in Oxnard, California, a manufacturer and distributor of stretch cord and webbing products.. Alan was responsible for the reorganization of Bungee’s financing structure, establishment of an asset based lending program and implementation of cost accounting systems and controls.. From 1989 to 1999, Alan served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Micrologic, a manufacturer and distributor of Global Positioning Systems and Vikay America, Inc., a subsidiary of Vikay Industrial (Singapore) Limited, based in Chatsworth, California..
