Aaron Stone is a Senior Partner of Apollo Global Management, LLC having joined the firm in 1997. He oversees the firm's investments in the media and entertainment sectors. Prior to 1997, Mr. Stone was employed by Smith Barney Inc. in its Investment Banking division. Mr. Stone currently is a member of the board of directors of Endemol Shine. Group, AMC Entertainment, Audish, CORE Media Group, Great Wolf Resorts, and Open Road Films; and has previously served on the boards of Connections Academy, Educate, Hughes Communications, Hughes Telematics, Intelsat, Mobile Satellite Ventures, Parallel Petroleum, SkyTerra Communications, and Telemundo Group. Mr. Stone is also involved in several non-profit organizations and is a member of the board of directors of The Jewish Community Project Downtown and The Civilians, and is a trustee of The Washington Institute for Near East Policy. Mr. Stone graduated with an AB in Social Studies from Harvard College.
