Ahmet completed his master’s studies on communication theory and moved to Germany, to work in the largest research institute in Berlin, DAI-Labor as a scientific researcher and group leader. In parallel he finished his PhD thesis on the application of prediction and artificial intelligence methods in distributed systems with magna cum laude honors.. During his time in Germany he worked as a developer and Project manager in various federal, EU and industry projects, where he gathered a vast experience in the field of ICT. Dr. Toker is the author of many conference articles and a book chapter and various international patents.
