Alessandra Graduated in Economics and Social Sciences at the Bocconi University of Milan, she began her professional career in 1994 at Sopaf in Milan, initially in the Administration, Finance and Control area, where she was appointed Controller in 1997, to then move on to the Private division Equity in 1998.. In 2000 she joined BS Private Equity. (one of the leading independent private equity operators in Italy), where she became a partner in 2002. In 2012 she joined Synergo, where she remained until the end of 2017, to manage the relaunch phase and subsequent disinvestment of the portfolio of a closed-end fund raised between foreign institutional investors, with a total commitment of Euro 550 million.. During his career he has developed an uncommon experience in the active management of investments in medium-sized Italian companies and has successfully managed over fifteen development capital and management buy-out operations , including in the Health & Lifecare sector , including Bend-It ( Israeli start-up in micro-catheters for neurological, cardiological and vascular interventional procedures).. Alongside the presence on the board of directors of BS Investimenti SGR and the investment committees of BS Investimenti and Synergo, he has served as a director in various listed and unlisted Italian MidCaps, including Arena Swimwear, Ducati Motor Holding, Fiocchi Munizioni, Giovanni Bozzetto , Mediacontech, Motovario and Radici Film.
