India's first online hotel booking marketplace created only for unmarried & LGBTQIA+ couples, I am enjoying the space of hospitality, startup, branding, marketing, digital products, pan India business, business sustainability & social impact through business. In my first year as CEO at Stayuncle, we have achieved 5 fold growth on our partnerships with 4/5 star category of Hotels & overall improved on our quality of hotels over 40+ cities pan India.. In my last working corporate position, I was the global director at Affle for platforms & partnerships, where I drove new partnerships worldwide & managed key accounts. I also managed P&L & Product management for mtraction (Mobile attribution, analytics & CRM platform), ARC (Reusable Mobile Components Framework) & RAT (Ripple Affiliate tracking platform) among other Platforms for Affle Group.. Prior to which, I was working as Managing director for Affle's Mobile application development & IT Services division. We focused on customer-centric, feedback-oriented - design, development & testing approaches. It was the first time, that I had to manage a large team of 200 team members (that we acquired), from an earlier team management experience of 10.. I was one of the earliest to join Affle's team in India. In the early years; I was managing the online services group team in India; which successfully deployed & managed Affle's advertisement & messaging platform i.e. SMS2.0 with multiple telcos (Airtel, Idea, Tata, Reliance), publishers (MSN, Times Network, One India among many) and other agency & network partners.. Being an ideal start-up guy, I have managed to don various roles in affle functionally & culturally. In addition to expanding myself on new departments, I had also played a key role in building the team culture, bonding and commitment and drove team building activities like f@ffle (fun at affle), fridea (New Ideas sharing), Pat the Back (instant appreciation for positive reinforcement) for a few years.. Prior to Affle, I worked with one of Asia's leading media houses - The Indian Express Group. Where I successfully setup, managed & transformed their then IT Server & systems setup from old frameworks & systems (Novell, windows) to Linux for the Lucknow city edition of Indian Express.
