Adnan has over 15 years of global experience as an entrepreneur, investor and mergers and aquisitions advisor across technology, consumer, media and telecom sectors. Prior to joining Ingress, Adnan co-managed Sagebrook Advisors, a middle market focused M&A and growth capital firm. Adnan previously held a variety of senior roles at Citigroup,. Lazard Freres and Verizon, both in North America and Europe. His active investment and operating experience has further spanned Asia and the emerging markets. Adnan has executed over $35 billion in advisory and principal transactions. Adnan holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia.
