Dr. Hallquist received his doctor of medicine from S.U.N.Y. Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York, in 1980. He is a licensed physician who is board certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Pathology Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. During his career, Dr. Hallquist has held several professional and. society memberships in the Cincinnati Society of Pathologists, Kentucky Medical Association, Northern Kentucky Medical Society, Ohio Society of Pathologists, American Medical Association, American Society of Clinical Pathology and College of American Pathologists..
