Originally from England, Alex was educated in the USA and spent sixteen years in Asia before moving back to the UK in 2008 to open Rosa’s Thai Café with his wife Saiphin. Prior to this Alex set up and ran his own digital marketing business from its head office in Hong Kong. Whilst in his twenties Alex set up a rubberwood furniture business in. Malaysia and built log houses in the mountains of Japan. In 2004 he walked to the North Pole as part of a private expedition along with 3 friends.
