She is a former entrepreneur and a startup ecosystem builder who has lived and fostered communities around the world, including San Francisco, Santiago, Berlin, London, and Amsterdam.. Previously, she raised €7M as an EU funds consultant, founded the first pre-accelerator in Romania, founded an international network of events called Creative. Coffee, and has raised funds for her own remote talent startup.. Also, she has enjoyed the ride of being a Manager for Rockstart (Amsterdam), a Community Ambassador and Program Manager for Startup Institute (London and Berlin) and a Global Program Manager for Philips.. She is a mentor and advisor for several NGOs and accelerators helping entrepreneurs grow, most notably for Rubik Hub, the largest entrepreneurial initiative in the North East of Romania.
