Prior to his relocation to Ukraine he headed the Technological Operations Department at Kuzey Kibris Turkcell in Northern Cyprus, and before occupied CIO’s position at BeST company, Belarus.. Mr. Alp Agcatas has many years of experience in Information and Telecommunication. technologies. He began his career in this industry with Turkcell in 1997, working in positions of Billing System Support Engeneer, Analyst and Group Manager. In 2007 Alp became a Consultant on Billing and Rating Systems in Kuzey Kibris Turkcell, Northern Cyprus, and later headed its Service and Operational Development Department. In 2011, Alp was relocated to BeST company, Belarus, to the position of CIO. Starting from 2015 he returned to Kuzey Kibris Turkcell as a Head of Technological Operations Department.
