Adam Gant is an entrepreneurial enthusiast with a keen interest in housing finance and home ownership based in Victoria, British Columbia. Throughout his extensive career, Adam has worked in all classes of real estate, from residential, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, land development, and senior care. He was also a member of the Class of 2011 EO Entrepreneurial Masters, hosted by MIT at Endicott College in Boston, an intensive education in entrepreneurship that showcased speakers and business owners from around the world and that stands as the most exhilarating program that Adam has ever attended. Adam Gant’s involvement spreads across numerous fields and areas; in real estate alone, he has dealt with residential, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and senior care properties as well as land development. His work has also been conducted on a global scale, namely in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and Singapore. In his current position with REAfe Advisory, Adam assists real estate businesses in their efforts to address difficult problems and grow. Beyond the office, Adam Gant also applies a real estate lens to many of his philanthropic pursuits. He is most passionate about causes related to economic empowerment, human rights, and poverty alleviation. Live Different, a Canadian charity that brings people to countries like the Dominican Republic and Mexico to build homes, schools, and more, gives Adam the opportunity to channel all of his philanthropic interests; Adam has been a longtime supporter and volunteer for the organization. He is also a passionate supporter of the Our Place Society, Greater Victoria Housing Society, and other philanthropic endeavors. When Adam Gant isn’t occupied with his professional pursuits in business, real estate, and philanthropy, he leads an active lifestyle. Among his preferred activities are rock climbing, hiking, and mountain climbing. For Adam, the task of mountain climbing is certainly demanding, but it is absolutely worthwhile. He embraces technology as a part of his activity and has adopted the use of an app to help him navigate.
