Mr. Panelli serves on the Boards of Directors of Positioning Universal, Inc., a fast-growing startup based in San Diego, CA; Lantern Messaging, Inc., of Austin, TX; and the non-profit EBV Foundation, supporting entrepreneurial education programs for service-disabled military veterans. In addition to these roles, he serves as an investor in and. advisor to several other technology startups, including VIMOC Technologies, Scorebird, Pakible, Shoeboxed, Hiku and Percolata. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Trilibis Mobile from 2004 through 2009, raising three rounds of capital totaling over $8 million. Before Trilibis, he served in various roles with Palm (acquired by HP), Converge, Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, Motorola and Westinghouse Electric. Mr. Panelli holds an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
