Alexander Hamel is VP of Operations at Qelp, and is responsible for day-to-day operations at Qelp. Prior to joining Qelp, he was the Board Member Customer Service of T-Mobile Netherlands, and was responsible for the successful integration of Orange Netherlands, migrating more than two million Orange customers to the T-Mobile infrastructure.. Alexander also significantly reduced customer service costs per customer while simultaneously increasing customer satisfaction by focusing on the reduction of unnecessary contacts, increasing the percentage of first call resolution and increasing the possibilities for self-service. He has a broad background in mobile telecommunications, both as a consultant (LogicaCMG and Arthur D. Little) and for operators (KPN and T-Mobile).
