Adam has nine years of real estate experience. Prior to H.I.G., Adam was in the real estate leveragedfinance group of Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities) in Charlotte, NC. While at Wachovia, Adam focused on the origination and execution of $6 billion in private and publicly-traded homebuilder and syndicated development financing.Adam. Belfer joined H.I.G. in 2007 and is a Vice President of H.I.G. Realty Partners. Adam is located in the New York office and has been involved in the structuring, financing, and post-closing execution of several fund investments.
