He helped create a national sales group through independent broker dealer's channel that raised $407,000,000 of equity for various Real Estate acquisitions through private and public offerings. He personally negotiated sponsor-selling agreements with over 50 broker dealers for the independent broker dealer channel signing due diligence, and selling agreements that raised $160,600,000 and $77,425,000 in two public non-traded Healthcare REITS. Mr. Pizzurro has been in the securities industry for over 20 years.
