Mr. Archambault has been in the IT industry since 1995 starting out in help desk and worked into a Network Administrator role in the first 2 years. In 1998 Mr. Archambault started a training company, Include Training and Consulting. As a trainer Mr. Archambault has focused on Cisco Systems enterprise technologies, including voice, video, wireless. and rich media.. During the past 15 years the company has changed and shifted within the training and consulting areas around Cisco and unified communications. Mr. Archambault has provided training around the world to fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses. The training was always focused on communications infrastructure either from a technical or from a per sales perspective.
