Graduated from Columbia College Chicago in the spring of 2008, where he was then selected amongst a small group to continue his studies while on the Raleigh Studio Lot in Los Angeles, California. He then went on to write, produce, and direct a B&W short under the guidance of producer Casey La Scala ("Donnie Darko", "A Walk to Remember").
