Adrienne Akers left a 34 year career as a senior researcher at the Early Intervention Research Institute at Utah State University to start up Dynamic Screening Solutions, Inc. Adrienne spearheaded the development and testing of The ONE Application from the outset. She served as the project director of the original federal grant that provided. funding to create, pilot and deploy the initial prototype of The ONE Application in Utah. Adrienne pursued and achieved a 2006 Innovation Award from the Council of State Governments for the core technology associated with The ONE Application. Adrienne holds a masters degree from Utah State University. Adrienne provides senior direction and management of the company with a focus on marketing, sales and strategic development. Currently Adrienne sits as the co-chair of the Cache Entrepreneurial Council.
