Abdul Sattar Edhi was a Pakistani benefactor, anchorite and benevolent. He was the originator of Edhi foundation. The organization runs clinics, poor housings, psychiatric rehabilitation centers, and residential institution for the care and education of orphans crosswise Pakistan. He set a dispensary in Karachi, which was free of cost, for the. citizens who had less earnings. His philanthropic actions extended in the year 1957 after an Asian virus widespread glided in Karachi.
