It is with profound sadness that we post this update. We have learned of Tammie Landry Hale's passing on December 26, 2018 at the age of fifty-five. Tammie was not only a composer, but a mezzo-soprano who sang professionally for many years while living in New Orleans, as well as an accomplished pianist and a vocal and music teacher. She was a kind, loving and spiritual person who was compassionate to everyone she met. I am truly honored to have her original score included in this film project and even more, to have called her my friend. She won't soon be forgotten. Our deepest condolences to her wife, Denise, her son, family and friends.
