Alan Waxman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sixth Street Partners, a global multi-asset class investment business with over $34 billion in assets under management. Prior to co-founding the firm with Sixth Street's management team in 2009, Alan was a Partner at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he founded, built and led a variety of credit and. credit-related investment businesses. Alan holds a BA in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania and serves on the Board of Overseers for the University’s College of Arts and Sciences. He also serves on the Board of Directors for The Tipping Point Community and the Advisory Council for the Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula, which are both focused on fighting poverty and inequality of opportunity in the San Francisco Bay Area.
