Herrera is the Founder and CEO of Fashioning Change.. Herrera has experience in marketing, public relations, resource development, event planning, eco-friendly product development, and behavioral therapy. Prior to founding Fashioning Change she founded a company that domestically manufactured eco-friendly and ethical handbags. Herrera has had her. work featured in Carmine Gallo’s 'The Innovation Secrets of Steve Jobs: Insanely Different Principles for Breakthrough Success' and received several awards for her work to improve the lives of children. She received a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside and is a graduate of the Founders Institute – San Diego.
