Alan joined PFSweb in February 2012 as General Manager in our Canadian office. His experience spans over 25 years of work in operations, client relations, and talent management for various companies including DaisyTek International Corp., the former parent company of PFSweb. Alan's leadership of the Canada team has achieved significant growth. with the addition of several clients, a new distribution facility, and the expansion of Canadian customer care operations.. Alan currently serves as the Area Vice President, PFSweb Canada and oversees all Canada operations. He is responsible for managing all systems and processes, capitalizing on opportunities for further expansion, and improving operational efficiencies.. In addition, Alan enjoys playing and coaching hockey in his community and served three years as President of his local hockey association. He is a husband and father of two who enjoys cooking, golf, and weekends at the cottage.. Alan graduated from Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology with a major in Production and Operations Management.
